ORDER

•  You can purchase as a non-member or a member.
•  If you ordered as a non-member, you can search for your order using your order number and order inquiry password.

PAYMENT

•  We accept payments through only Paymentwall.

DELIVERY

•  We are using the Fedex.
•  You can check the Estimated Delivery on the product page.
•  The delivery takes 7 to 15 business days, but it may be delayed depeding on delivery location.
•  the shipping cost is based on the weight of the pacakge and your location.
•  you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number when your order is shipped,

RETURN

•  Please apply for a return within 7 days of receiving the product through the NOTHING WRITTEN website or e-mail.
• The shipping cost will be charged by the sender not the company except for faulty items.

•  Returned items must be eligible for return, and will be refunded to the original form of payment.
   (Please note, the initial shipping fee will not be refunded.)
•  All items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached and the original packaging included(TAG, HANGER, DUST BAG).
•  Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

EXCHANGE

•  We do not accept exchanges.
•  If you want to exchange an item, please return it and place a new order.
